Working with Lume
If you know you need ongoing financial visibility, start with Financial Intelligence. It includes a full diagnostic during setup. If you want to see what we find before committing monthly, start with the Clarity Session. Your fee is fully credited if you upgrade within 90 days.
That's exactly what the Clarity Session is for. A one-off read of your agency, delivered in two weeks. If you move to Intelligence within 90 days, the full amount is credited against your first month.
Yes. Clarity Session clients can upgrade to Intelligence (with fee credit within 90 days). Intelligence clients can upgrade to Strategic Partner. The Intelligence subscription is absorbed into the Partner retainer, so you never pay double.
About 10 minutes. You fill in a short form on the 1st of each month with your key numbers. Your report arrives by the 10th. That's it.
The Clarity Session is one-off with no commitment. Intelligence and Strategic Partner both have a minimum 3-month commitment with the first 3 months paid upfront. After that, continue monthly with 30 days cancellation notice.
You could build the model. The question is: will you update it every month? What we provide isn't just the system. It's the discipline. Your report arrives every month, reviewed by a human. If something looks wrong, we flag it before it costs you money.
DATA & PRIVACY
Your data and security
For the Clarity Session: 12 months of P&L data, revenue breakdown, and cost structure. For Intelligence: the same plus ongoing monthly numbers submitted via a simple form. We never need access to your banking or accounting software.
Yes. Your data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and AI only receives structured, anonymised exports. Never your raw documents or client names. You can request full deletion at any time.
Yes. Lume operates under Dutch legal structure with full GDPR/AVG compliance as a processor of EU financial data. Your data is stored within the EU on industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
