1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Lume Financials ("Lume", "we", "us"), a financial intelligence firm registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 72098031, BTW: NL002226099B47). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Lume provides financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and strategic decision support for businesses. Our services include the Clarity Session, Financial Intelligence subscription, and Strategic Partner retainer, as described on our website.

Lume does not provide regulated financial advice, tax advice, accounting services, bookkeeping, or legal advice. All analysis and recommendations are for informational and decision-support purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

3. Engagement and payment

All engagements begin after a discovery call and written confirmation of the selected service. Payment terms are as follows:

Clarity Session: €1,500 paid in full before work begins.
Financial Intelligence: One-time setup fee (€1,500) plus the first 3 months of subscription paid upfront. Monthly payments continue thereafter.
Strategic Partner: First 3 months paid upfront (€13,500). Monthly payments continue thereafter.

All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

4. Commitment and cancellation

The Clarity Session is a one-off engagement with no ongoing commitment. Intelligence and Strategic Partner subscriptions have a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely financial data as required for our services. Delays in data submission may affect delivery timelines. Lume is not responsible for the accuracy of analysis based on incomplete or incorrect data provided by you.

6. Intellectual property

All reports, models, and deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment. Lume retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from engagements for internal improvement purposes. Our methodologies, templates, and systems remain the intellectual property of Lume Financials.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your financial information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Lume provides analysis and decision support, not guarantees of financial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or recommendations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
