I founded Lume to give founder-led agencies the forward-looking finance function that usually only arrives with a full-time hire. I spent more than a decade in senior finance at companies like Booking.com and Sunrock, then I started working independently with founder-led startups and scale-ups. That's where the same pattern kept surfacing: sharp founders making big decisions without the financial clarity to back them, because a full finance team isn't realistic at their stage. Lume is what I built in response. Every discovery call is with me, and I stay your point of contact throughout.

Thirty minutes, one on one. You talk about your agency, where it's headed, and where the numbers feel foggy. I'll share how I'd approach it and give you at least one concrete observation. At the end we both decide whether a Clarity Session makes sense. If it's a fit, we book it on the call.
How does this work with my bookkeeper?
Your bookkeeper stays exactly where they are. Lume works alongside them: they keep the records accurate and compliant, and Lume builds the forward-looking layer on top of their work. In practice they usually appreciate it, because the questions about the future land on my desk instead of theirs.
What role does AI play, and who's accountable?
Lume is human-governed and AI-accelerated. AI does the heavy lifting on data preparation and analysis, which is how a senior-level engagement stays this focused. A human reviews and signs off on every number and every recommendation before it reaches you. Accountability sits with a person, always.
Is my agency the right size for this?

The client platform is in active development and launches with the full company launch in August 2026. Founding clients get their reporting and analysis delivered directly by me until then, and move onto the platform as features go live. You're buying the thinking and the outcomes. The software is how it scales.
